Next year, we are seeing the construction of other facilities in Buena Vista, specifically the Rock Climbing area, Golf Academy , Clubhouse, Chapel, Tennis Court and Amphitheater.

With more than 70% of facilities complete in Buena Vista Country Club, there's definitely more reason to stay and enjoy not only the view but also other fun activities for the whole family.

Vista Lago is now undergoing road construction while facilities such as the drainage system and electrical structures are being built. Engineering works are also underway as of April of 2007, with the entire phase now almost 50% complete. On-going road concreting and drainage system construction is also being done in Aldea. The entire Aldea phase is now 25% complete.

Ledesco Conquers Europe with RJ Ledesma  
Rome, Paris and London were witness to the marketing activities done by Ledesco, headed by Executive Vice President RJ Ledesma and the respective global marketing consultants (GMCs) per country/city.

First stop was Rome, where our GMCs Mhei Reyes, Bing Recto and Bhel Magsino put up a booth at the Colleggio Filipino event. Many Pinoys in Italy flocked to the Taal View Heights booth to inquire and have a photo-op with RJ.

Just before heading home to Manila, Rj visited France and also met with a group of Pinoys who listened intently even if the presentation, organized by Nelia Mistruzzi was held outdoors. Days later, GMC Annabel Manhic signed up and got together her own group.

The Europe-based Filipinos have gotten word about the benefits of owning a Taal View Heights property. Some GMCs started out as buyers, and decided to be a seller of the project as well. This gives them the opportunity to earn more.

Ms. Magsino has already been receiving calls and inquiries from interested buyers.

Aside from back to back presentations, marketing materials have also been distributed for display at Philippine banks in Rome specifically PNB, BDO_Equitable PCI Bank and Land Bank of the Philippines . Apparently, these banks have also opened their doors for presentations. Definitely, Ledesco's presence will be felt more and more by our Kababayans in Italy in the days to come.
